Estranged, you can fuck the right off. Dumb ass.
Sumo, I was replying to those who were saying Pep would move to England, by that he'd move to Italy before he would move to England. His coaching style is very Italian because his system is detail oriented, built from the defense forward. The amount of times Barcelona change their tactics is classic Italian coaching in that the game rarely finishes with the same tactical formation or with the same players. He likes to construct a team that is flexible enough to respond to the game's needs, and rigid enough to maintain its composure and rhythm. That is something Mourinho had to deal with in Italy and was actually annoyed with, a lot of coaches would change formations on him and he had to adapt his teams more than 2-3 times a match. He complained about it and wasn't too fond of it.
Pep spent 2-3 years in Italy, barely playing but I am sure he picked up a few things from there. Especially his very first year, his entire defensive line was straight up Italian. The way Busquets would drop in the middle, Puyol out wide and Abidal rarely making runs forward. Always had four players in the back, which was spectacular. You pretty much play the same way not, but Pep changed it, because he has better defenders in Pedro/Asexis/Villa than with Thierry Henry and Ibrahimovic. So he can afford to use Abidal for width, along with Alves, playing three at the back.
All while keeping true to Barcelona's philosophies. I was not saying Pep would just win anyways. The intricate inter-play between the Barcelona players is something Neymar would have to understand and employ to succeed, otherwise it would be a career suicide to move there (not that Madrid are any better).
