As stated by his agents today, they knew from day 1 that Nico decided to spend at least 1 more year at Bilbao when he signed the new contract, so they deliberately ignored all Barca movements.
How some children here did not see about this from onset and were already hallucinating over the transfer to Barca is well beyond my imagination. They believed the board rather than place reality and objective reasonings first, even when the board spread obvious lies.
Barca wont be out of the woods until this board leaves. There were two problems with Barca recently, one was Short termed-Coaching(Xavi was more of a comedian) and the other, a Medium termed- Board(clueless and incompetent at the moment).
One is sorted now, the other needs to be sorted for the club to gain back it's glory.... as soon as possible.

And it's also a bit different if this public "seduction" comes from a 17 yo kid or players in their mid-to-late twenties like Pique, Iniesta and Xavi. Yamal also didn't force Nico to wear Barca shirt like the amigos did with Cesc.
Everyone know they are close so Yamal was just honest when talking about his relationship with Nico in that El Hormiguero interview but at the same time also respectful adding it's Nico's decision in the end.
