The thing with Nico is that Barca and his agent are in contact almost every day, at least per Fabrizio Romano. If Nico has definitely decided to stay in Bilbao why wouldn't his agent just tell Barca and move on peacefully? Barca has no contact with Vivian's or Rodri's agents and there's no link between them and Barca at all, that's the difference. Maybe Nico won't join but hope is not delusional at this point.
