I like him but I also like that Unai Lopez guy at Bilbao. Every time I've seen him he's been class.

Edit: Not sure why I posted that here though

How is his defensive workrate?

He is decent in defense. He actually works a lot and he is intense and intelligent in defense. The only problem is that he is not strong physically and he is often outmuscled. But he makes it up with intensity and intelligence.

¡Gr?*cies Xavi!

Sounds great. He can always build some muscles to make up for it. He sure seems like he could be an adequate Xavi replacement in the future. Hopefully, he is on our radar.

The problem is how can we get him out of Atleti's hand. We should do it quickly before he blows up and costs much more than we should pay.

Just like Verratti, he plays more like Modric than Xavi. Energetic and combative.

I guess you haven't seen how Xavi played in 2001. With age, every player's style transforms a bit. Verratti, Oliver, Xavi, Gundogan are all the same type of a player.

Read that he was very good against Norway tonight. I didn't catch the game as I was watching France - Brazil, but did anyone here see it?

Gundogan is a bit more box to box, but yeah I agree with the rest and with Gundogan to an extent.
Don't we have some clause for this guy with Villa's sale?
