I wouldn't be too sure of that. Their midfield has figured out how to stop our midfield in Clasicos. Just because we keep more possession doesn't mean our midfield is better.

Their midfield is stronger physically and much more varied in terms of strengths.

Just because they played well against us recently doesn't mean their midfield is better than ours. Iniesta & Busquets are still the best at what they do, its just that Xavi last season wasn't the player he used to be because of his age, He can still do a very good job but cannot play 40-50 games a season anymore, he needs more rest. Tito should realize that and give him more rest next season. Xavi, Iniesta & Busquets was the midfield trio that ruled the world for 5 years, now we just need to find a suitable long term replacement for Xavi...#OlivertoBarca

Supposedly, When Barca and Atletico got together to negotiate for Villa, Barca was able to obtain a priority "deal" over Oliver torres. If Atletico receives an offer for Oliver and wants to sell him, they will give barca the chance to get the player if they pay the same amount.
Heard it on a spanish sport news from a journalist ( Atletico madrid fan).

That Óliver story is false. Non of the clubs reported about it and it was just a geek on twitter who made that suggestion. And 12 hours later everybody is talking about a Óliver deal in that Villa deal... social media.

I know , it would be insane. I personally don't know what to believe at this point . It sounds too good to be true!
the reason they are not bothered about thiago leaving is because they see cesc as xavi replacemrnt,and oliver as thiago's replacement on the bench.i am sure the reason why thiago is leaving is because tito told him he is behind cesc in the pecking order if there is any opening in mildfield and thiago knows cesc wouldn't not play as a false 9,and iniesta would not be moved to left side of attack again and xavi wants to play all the matches.
