So you still think Dembele will make it with Barca? Or is it over now?

His time here has been one incident after another.

there has never been an incident, at least to my knowledge. he is always true to himself. I recognize that vultures will always come, but that will not affect it.
last season, he scored about 15 goals and 8 assists and was the third most influential player in the league.
named one of the 11 best players for
Spanish Championship.
We will not give up!

By blocking the Neymar deal, he’s now cost us the Champions League two seasons in a row.

The fact that we spent 275m on him and Philippa is so depressing

Don't forget this overlooked miss against Roma in stoppage time that would have sent us to the SF:

Miss at 0:30

Could have cost us 3 CLs in all honesty.

Yeah let's blame the guy that played a combined 10 minutes or so in both semis, and not the rest of the team or the coach. Makes perfect sense.

Now blaming him for Neymar not returning is even more hilarious. You can't just force players to accept whatever you want, even more so if PSG wanted him on a permanent deal. It's also not his fault the board bought him and Cou for 300M just to now loan out Coutinho and try to swap Dembele for Neymar. Blame the people that are responsible for all of all of that instead of focusing on a single player.

In any case, it is not Dembélé who blocked this transfer. It is the President's tactic to try to please Messi and his troops who have been shaming us for 3 years now.
Barcelona being one of the richest clubs on the planet, there will always be money to engage players if they wish.
Plus, everyone says that Barto did not really want it. If he really wanted to, you would not wait for all these proposals, he would pay cash without exchange.
Another important fact, many people say that Rakitic has agreed to go to Paris, a bullshit Catalan. No player named in the transaction has been informed by the club for a transfer or loan to psg.
Even Leonardo said yesterday that Dembele had been made aware on 27th on Twitter, the club did not tell him about it.

Absolutely true.
Barca didn't want a serious business with PSG.
It was simply a bad show to please the elders.

Barca bought Griezmann for 120 M, a player that refused them when his price was 20 M less.
They loaned Coutinho for peanuts, so come on, they weren't even considering.

Buying Griezmann now looking like a shoddy bit of business, he's no way near as good as Neymar, and neither is this injury prone cunt.

In Dembele's and his agents mind: This will be his breakout season, where he cements his place in the team and plays like a player we paid 140m for.

In reality: Hot and cold performances, can't pass a ball one day, a world class dribble the next, plays like a 40m player or worse.

If he doesn't' do great this season(like second best player great). The fans will turn on him. It will be bad especially since he blocked a potential Neymar move

We'll all know this guy is going to get injured a few more times this season, so I doubt he'll suddenly turn amazing.

He struggles against teams that park the bus, his passing isn't great, his finishing is inconsistent and he doesn't use his pace like he should do. It's like he's scared to use his pace in case he gets injured again.

There's going to be even more pressure on him to perform this season.

They are turning on him anyway. Some fans will turn on him just because nowadays he is the most popular target for that.

He didn't block anything related to Neymar.
PSG actually did not want players, they laughingly wanted cash, just because they knew that Barca doesn't really have that at the moment and PSG also knew Barca wasn't serious with their extremely low offers that anyway came very late.

Believe it: Barca did not want to buy Neymar. It was just a show to please Messi and a part of the fan-base.
The rest was simply made up by the press.

The local fans just turned on him recently when he ditched a medical check up to fly to France which led to Abidal calling his agent and meeting with him too.

I don't think it's just the fans who are tired of him. The club are tired of his antics too, even someone like Abidal who supported him a lot.

The fact is that so far in his Barcelona career he has shown little to suggest he is committed to becoming a great footballer. Looks more like he want to become a celebrity and enjoy life. Which is fair enough, but I'd rather he enjoys life as far away from Barcelona as possible.

So he has two options now:

1. Start working hard, be committed, not make more silly mistakes and try to become a better footballer and professional
2. Keep doing whatever he does, and he'll be playing for Wolverhampton in three years

The only reason Dembele is still at Barcelona is because the people in charge at the club and manager don't have the personality to get rid of him. Had he done this under a manager like Pep, Klopp, they wouldn't even bother giving him several chances. They would get rid of him instantly.

So you can keep making excuses for him Lapi, but Ousmane has been lucky the club have been fairly lenient so far, but it stopped after his recent incident.
