No you have no clue and making thing up out of your ass as usual.
No journalist reported any offers to him higher than the Barca one last summer

End of story
Take the L again and STFU

On my Ignore list again
You know Barca tends to put absurd release clauses in most of the players they sign or renew after Neymar's event. Even Sergi Roberto recent release clause was 400m, so there must be a reason for them having to change all that for Dembele.

Dembele most likely had a stronger hand in the negotiation else they would've added the absurd clause when they renewed him

Whatever. Fati, raphinha, ferret, lamal competing for 1 and a half place in starting 11, considering our system. Dembele was always injured when we needed him, so no more false dawn for us. Just get it done, 27m or 50m doesnt matter, just get him of the books. Dont panic buy, maybe just bring vitor and try to loan or buy low key rb for this summer.

Of course he did.

To ignore the power Dembele had in leaving for free is just ignorance.

The club were left at that point to pay up on bigger contract or he goes for free.

Both the player and club then found a compromise.

That is the reality.

This idea last summer Dembele would have signed for lower salary for multiple years with high buy out is pure fantasy and not reality.

There was also no trust between club and Dembele/agent by that point.

Moussa had a stronger hand around Dec.'21/Jan.'22, with only 6 months remaining,
when the club was forced to raise the offer, and Moussa was still holding out for insane wages

That changed completely come June '22, when Moussa didn't have a satisfying offer from elsewhere, and the only offer on the table was an offer with a paycut (that came later in April '22) from Barca

How did Allemany agree to the clauses at that point in time, when the leverage was on Barca's side is beyond explanation.
We are the laughing stock of Europe

False.

You dont even have a clue what happened and making things up that contradict yourself as usual.

In 21/22 Barca/Dembele had agreed on contract and then Dembele team pulled out once Barca started to talk about how much money they had and bought Torres in same position.

The leverage was with Dembele big time to leave for free.

Hence the clauses when they could not agree on longer term deal that suited both.

True and Dembele asking for that clause would've also sent a clear message to the board that he won't be here for long so they aren't surprised about him leaving now, the claim of shock or surprise in media is just them deceiving the fans.
That low clause was there for a reason and its not rocket science.

They were 100% aware this could happen and was infact was likely as they were not making much attempt to increase his contract.

They want to make out Dembele to be the villian as much as possible to cover themselves.

Wouldnt be suprised if all these promises he made to Xavi etc are just lies in press also.

But the club goes on and plenty good players there.

Will lack a bit of pace and need to find better ways round that but Barca be fine.

Big desillusion on an human aspect... I understand that he'ss all about money as a lot of other player, but I really thought he had an genuine love for this club.
And when we saw his relationship with Xavi and the trust that was given to him by Xavi AND by the other player, was expecting another end.... We don't have the behind the scene but all his declaration about loving the club, dreaming the champions league with us....

It would be a slap in the face to Raphinha and Ferran if we sign a RW straight away lol

Doku is a good dribbler…?? Sign him up !

More so Raphinha.

Shows what Barca think of him if go out for a starting RW when I doubt even Torres thinks thats his role now.

But will be difficult to get anyone in would think.

I am happy the two fuckface Dembele and Sissoko are gone. I wish Dembele eternal injuries.

Now I don't mind Alemany leaving too. Aston Villa are you still hiring?
No. Although they could do with more staff in the concourse at HT so maybe if he fancies a career change.

Queue for the pies can get ridiculous.
