Ousmane Dembélé

Not rewarding his behavior, just salvaging anything we can still get out of him since we are paying him handsome wages.

We don’t have the upper hand here and so there is nothing we can do.

We can do that, what he can - pretend he's injured again... So... Fuck him and get over with.

Dembele and Coutinho are both sunk cost fallacies. Dembele and Umtiti especially so. Give them an ultimatum, if not, use them as much as they are available while we have them or kick them to the bench to pick their nose. Dembele will not get the wages he was given here anywhere else, same goes for Coutinho and Umititi. At least the latter two contributed with league titles and Copa titles meanwhile Dembele has been unprofessional and unavailable the majority of his 5 years here. And now when he gets the chance to really put his stamp on the team and have the full support of Xavi, he shows that he hasn't grown as a player or person. Any team willing to take him on is taking a huge gamble between his rubber band hamstrings, punctuality problems, game IQ, and now his agent.

Can't wait for the lawsuit that holds Bartomeu and his goons responsible for the hundreds of millions they shit away. 105 million for Dumbbell, 110 million for great sadness Coutinho, 120 million for Griezmann even though he always gave his best and played constantly.

His camp want the club to give an offer that shows them he's the leader of their new project.

Club reportedly fed up with them.

You would be stupid to have Dembele as the main face of your new project. He simply can't be relied on so how could he be the face?!

Dembele at this point is a project himself. Teams like him for the upside but see him as a gamble. Nobody is signing him to be the top player of the team. Basically gambling and hoping the best..

I was in favor of keeping him but this is just annoying at this point.

Summer can't come soon enough, hopefully we see most of these bums fuck off for good then.

Dembele's agent seems like an idiot. A wannabe top agent playing tough to get as much money as possible. This feels like the Ilaix situation where the agent is above the player.

Then you have Dembele probably not caring about what happens. His laziness is telling him to stay because it's comfortable, and at the same time he has his agent in his ear saying "we can get Barca to budge, just wait".

Some clubs go out early and say officially that "X will be leaving after the season at the end of his contract". Barca needs to do the same in January, otherwise this shit is going to drag on all spring.

Xavi is tired of Demb?l?, who has been lying to the manager and the club for weeks. The statement about him wanting to stay at the club was false, and ungrateful. Especially considering the club has waited for 5 years with bad results and constant unprofessionalism.

? @sport

Spanish media us so butthurt

He wants a pay day somewhere else get over it crybabies this just makes club look petty

Well who is this guy anyway? Transfermarkt lists his agent as "family member". If Dembele is the only player he'll ever make money on it's no suprise he tries his best to secure the bag. Has to milk his only cash cow as much as possible.

In the end it's still on the player of course, he's a 24 year old man and no little kid who can't think on his own. Probably just as greedy and delusional as the agent, what wouldn't be surprising considering the dude already went on strike twice in his career and had numerous incidents of unprofessional behavior but somehow always was rewarded with advancing his career because he got lucky with football talent.

Dembele (and to a lesser extent Abde) are the type of wide-men you would want supplying Haaland from the sides.

But I hope we can conclude his saga this winter market. Even if it is a low sale.

Moussa Sissoko is his agent. Well, more like an advisor as he apparently doesn't even have a license and is shady as fu** anyway.

L??quipe report today that the legal case involving suspected extortion in Isaac Lihadji?s transfer from Marseille to Lille has taken a new turn, with the striker?s advisor Moussa Sissoko having been questioned under police custody last month.

The French authorities believe that Christian Bandikian, owner of a nightclub in nearby Aix-en-Provence and close to Lihadji, was the victim of attempted extortion linked to the striker?s move up north. The case has seen ten individuals placed under investigation, including former OM manager and director Jos? Anigo as well as former agent Jean-Luc Barresi.

L??quipe add that, according to their sources, Lihadji?s agent Moussa Sissoko was questioned under policy custody on July 15 for operating without the required FFF licence. Sissoko was released with no charges after being questioned on his relationship to the other parties in the case as well as the player?s sign-on fee. L??quipe add that several days later, another agent involved in the deal ? this time a licence holder, Ahmed Egal ? was also placed under custody, and chose not to answer any questions, and was then free to leave. Former OM president Jacques-Henri Eyraud was also questioned as a suspect, at the start of the year.

Lovely guy :) Well, this mayb be the only big deal he'll be involved in for the foreseeable future then so makes sense he tries to get as much out of it as possible.
