Hope he enjoys life in Turin, because no one will ever be stupid enough to pay that amount.
His contract expires in 2019 so I think this is the last year that Juve has negotiations power with other clubs heavily on their side. Right now he's probably happy to stay but it's a question if that's enough to renew his contract and give more power to Juve.
If he wants (or is at least thinking about leaving in the near future) to leave and won't sign new contract they'll most likely have to sell him next year to get the maximum they can. In 2018 everything will be in his hands and price would go down so I doubt Juve would let that happen.
If these rumoured price-tag is true it just tell everyone that Juve is not willing to sell him this summer (with all investment in team I think they want to win CL and it would make no sense to sell their best player if that's their goal) except if they get someone crazy enough to pay 120-140M which would be hard to turn down. It's smart tactic in summer when big EPL clubs and PSG have new coaches and RM are awaiting transfer ban so they are all ready to spend. But I doubt anyone will be willing to pay that.
