I know. That’s why I said it would take a miracle. I think if we somehow included Rakitic in the deal, they might’ve been tempted. Sadly, I don’t see us doing that.

Actually, if we plan to play Coutinho in LCM, going for Pogba is just flat out stupid. He was the best player for Brasil in WC, playing that position, so I would play him there the whole season. We need to accomodate Malcom, Dembele and Suarez in LW and RW.

Would much rather get De Jong, who is versatile.

I think that United would accept an offer of Rakitic + money, but don't think Rakitic would want to leave. Maybe they would accept Gomes + Rafinha for Pogba

We have too many midfielders now, I am afraid getting Pogba right now will be at the expense of Arthur and Alena in particular, and possibly Puig down the road.
