Paulo Dybala

Both together aren't half as good as Dybala, so whats the point of spending more

Because it's about addressing specific needs. We need a midfielder as the Don is getting older and we need a winger to replace Neymar. Once we get the dirty oil money from the Sheiks in Paris, we can fill both holes.

Why in the blue hell would Juventus even consider selling him? Yet alone provide Barca with a sales figures?

He doesn't even play as a RW being left-footed. Him playing as a LW could turn out to be an awful sight.

Would also not trust Gerard Romero. He's been misfiring all summer, and these Barca related journalists have the same arrogance as the current board itself. Thinking it can lowball every team or get a player for whatever they think he's worth, and not what the player's team want, think is a fair price or is worth to them.

There are options.

Like this one:

4-1-2-1-2. Width is given by fullbacks pushing up, with Suarez and Dybala as forwards supported by Messi at False 9/CAM, tip of the diamond. Thee are signs that Valverde wants his wingers activating more like wide forwards.

MD also mentioned a 110-120M figure and there were reports that we contacted him.
Also 120M would make him the second most expensive player after Neymar so yeah i could see them selling him for a amount like that.

I like that formation apart from Rakitic who I'd get rid off asap and pay what it takes for Couthino .

Yea, the point is we should absolutely sign young certified world class or close to world class players. Be it Dybala, Griezmann, Dembele, Mbappe, Coutinho, or whoever. We need that kind fo talent. The position they play in is not quintessential to me. They could be pure forwards, wingers, or CAMs-winger hybrids.

Griezmann will turn 27 this season.

Says Barça have a strong interest in Dybala. Barça director Braida will soon meet with Juve's Marotta. Fee is estimated at €110m

27 is Ok. That is like 4 years of playing. People. Don't be to SO dramatic about years...

Divide the transfer fee up over the time he can be at the top level for us and its not a good investment. Ideally, we should look for players who we can keep for a decade. A player we buy for lets say 140m euros who we keep for 10 years at the highest level is only 14m euros per year. 4 years and it looks far worse.
