And poor Tello sits on the bench. Hopefully Tata will recognise how poor Pedro is and give Tello an opportunity.Pedro was poor today. Invisible for most of the game.

If he starts against Atletico on wednesday, I might go crazy.
Lol, that touch got away from him in the first half if it would have been a goal.
People don't see half of what Pedro does on the field. And he nearly had a goal with a great inside run, had Cesc's pass been a few inches better placed. He managed to get a toe on it, but not enough to punch it to the side of the diving Caballero, after which he would have finished easily.
Neymar did more than he did offensively, in less time. Pedro has great workrate, but not even this he did well today. He was mia for most of his time on the pitch.
Pedro used to be more dangerous. He's been poor for 2 years now. Making excuses don't cut it anymore. Not for him or Alexis. But Alexis tried harder today, Pedro was nowhere to be seen. You're comparing Pedro to Neymar? Neymar is exceptional, there's a handful in the world. That's just silly asking every player on the team to be that skilled. Of course the position is Neymar's once he is fully fit/integrated.
Unless you are asking the wide forward to play false nine and drop to the midfield, "M.I.A." is not their fault. He made plenty of runs, but all the long balls were too short and intercepted. When he got the ball, he didn't lose it (94% pass accuracy). He's a conservative player who knows his own abilities, and picky about when he tries to take on a defender 1v1. I commend Alexis for his work today, but running into 10 men from the side isn't much different from running into 10 men from the center, except you have even less options.
