Penal Madrid

Another great goal, this time from Isco. Ronaldo's PK aside, all 4 other goals have been great. Real Madrid offensively is the best team in the world for sure.

Yeah in term of scoring they are certainly the best, but if we take into consideration the whole offensive aspect (tactically speaking), I'm not so sure, the majority of their goals are due to individual exploit and so far they have struggled to create chances against well organised blocs, we'll see against Barça how good they are (and before that against the Reds) .

Gotta give some credit to Levante's awful defending. Isco's rocket is the only goal where Levante couldn't have done anything. Penalty, cross to free header, two players amateurishly diving in giving Ronaldo an open shot, Rodriguez allowed to waltz into the box for lob (fantastic settle and finish, though).

So, ehhh, can't really say Real Madrid has the best offense when gifted like that.

Actually, I thought they have more variety this season, attacking-wise that is. Sure Ronaldo is still raking up most of the goals, but they have more options (both player-wise and method-wise) and they don't always rely on Ronaldo, plus their one-two's and combinations have been much better than before, I thought.

Calma, calma
The game today was so ridiculous. Outlandish defending from Levante, surely getting relegated this season. I can understand why Madrid will not face bunker defences like Barca do, but come on, today's display was terrible.

Isco was clearly the man of the match, so many gorgeous skills

They do have some pretty good attacking options and seem a bit more flexible but that defense and Kroos in the Busi role is very suspect. They've been scoring lots of goals because of the players they have but what happens when they face a team with a formidable defense? Their offensive players can't help them when the likes of Messi and Neymar are spraying goals while Matheiu and Pique( well probably not him but Masch) are stopping goals from coming in.

From what I've seen so far Madrid look really dangerous with the ball. Clasico will be the first game of the season where they don't have a bigger percentage of the ball than the opposition so should make for an interesting game.

http://www.soymadridista.com/index....spuesto-a-financiar-un-nuevo-estadio-en-ifema

The IPIC Group, based oil company Abu Dhabi multinational is willing to do anything to tie its name to Real Madrid. Has been told SoyMadridista, his interest is so high that it would be willing to fully fund the construction of a new stadium for the white club in exchange for naming rights if the work appeals from both the European Union and by Ecologists in Action prosper.

That flourish is not currently contemplating a future that is at Real Madrid. The current agreement between the club and white IPIC Group, as SoyMadridista forward, is that the society of the UAE paid in advance 500 million euros to Madrid entity (allowing it to perform the work without credit financing) to seize the rights of naming the stadium for the next 20 years, but assuming the requirement that the site only has a surname, remaining the "Santiago Bernabeu" as the main sponsor next to the brand name.

A sponsoring brand in the first three years, while the work of reform and SoyMadridista as has been told, the Spanish oil company CEPSA be owned by IPIC, but whose name would change once the remodeling is released, being tied to a company owned Emirates group or directly to the government of Abu Dhabi.

But if the project is paralyzed by any of the actions brought against him, the IPIC Group has already notified the Real Madrid would be willing to invest 1,200 million euros for the construction of a new stadium, which would not be settled in Castellana, but IFEMA, opposite Valdebebas Sports City. Real Madrid have executed these past dates a typographical study on a plot area of municipal ownership and classified as "rural areas" today, to see the feasibility of building a new stadium there.

This option, which is that Real Madrid have to leave their current location in the heart of Madrid and go near IFEMA, is not tasteful dish for the white board, but appeals from the work prospered, consider would be forced to start the transfer, since the entire senior management of the Madrid team believes essential to have a modern stadium equipped with the latest technologies for the viewer, as shown by the survey of user experience sent yesterday afternoon by the white entity partners.

The IPIC Group earmark part of these 1,200 million euros to the city of Madrid, for improved access and public transport in the area, as well as create all expenses generated by the construction of an architectural colossus from scratch. To assume that expense, the IPIC Group offers only one condition: since the Real Madrid leave the Bernabeu, the new site would have to take compulsorily and without qualifications, tax the trade name for them, no more name: "Abu Dhabi Arena "," stadium CEPSA "or similar.

In any case, Real Madrid are extremely optimistic about not having to move from La Castellana whenever there is total confidence that appeals against extending the Bernabeu will not thrive. But if prosper, the IPIC Group already has a Plan B thought that the white club does not want to contemplate but who knows, you may have to finish doing it.

In restless Madrid the news coming from Brussels. This week, El País European Commission announced that several Spanish multinational force to return fiscal aid granted by the Government. The obstacle is not only club Ecologists in Action, thanks to the resource had managed to provisionally suspend the new Bernabéu, but the open proceedings against the entity in Brussels (March 2013). The club have 'signed' a prestigious Spanish lawyer expert on Competition and the services of a Swedish consultancy, based in Brussels, specializing in these disputes. They will come with them to the Supreme Court (as they did in the TSJM) after the Madrid provisionally Justice paralyze the new Bernabeu on Wednesday rejected Madrid resources and City Hall.

The Spanish Justice continues covering their backs on the basis of EC research for possible illegal state aid and makes authorization of the project to the statement from Brussels. The EC suspected swap Tables of 2011, which the City paid the Madrid 46 times more 13 years later. A network of heritage and urban settings changes that highlights the name of Francis Baker, head of the Department of Financial Development team since 2012 after being right-hand Manuel Cobo, Deputy Mayor of Madrid, between 2007 and 2011: the government team let the investigation on track ... At Madrid Bernabeu project had not worried him much the role of Ecologists, who resorted to crowfunding (crowdfunding) to go to court. But the problem now is that, for now, why not remove Brussels Ecologists ...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So plan A is to redevelop the Bernabeu, with a naming rights deal funding the development. However, the name 'Bernabeu' would still be included in any future renaming of the stadium.

If Real Madrid end up losing the current legal battle, then plan B would be a new stadium next to their training ground, which would also be funded with a naming rights deal, but the name 'Bernabeu' wouldn't be included.

AS is saying is saying Gareth Bale is out for clasico. This actually works against us. He has been hot garbage this season and really got lucky scoring his goals because he was mostly absent during the games. They'll probably move James up to the wing and play Illara/Isco in midfield which would be a hell of a lot more defensively sound than that goal scoring but defensively weak lineup they've been fielding.

We'll still beat them though.

¡Gr?*cies Xavi!
What would everyone's starting lineup be for the Clasico?

Bravo
Alves - Piqué - Bartra - Mathieu
Xavi - Mascherano - Iniesta
Messi
Suárez - Neymar

Only if it's true that Busquets is injured. If not, then he'll start in midfield with Mascherano replacing Bartra at CB.

What I'd like:

Alves - Mascherano - Mathieu - Alba
--- Ivan - Busquets - Iniesta
-- Suarez - Messi - Neymar

What I'm afraid it will be:

Alves - Pique - Mathieu - Alba
--- Xavi - Busquets - Ivan
-- Neymar - Messi - Iniesta
