I did speak in Iker thread really, but well, Sara just proved she gives no fucks about RM at its current state and she hurt the club, and thus indirectly hurt her boyfriend's public and team status before a big, big match. Which simply means she ain't the brightest person in the universe. Not much to add there.

She didn't hurt Iker. Saying she hurt Iker pretty much implies she did this despite him or without him knowing, which is highly unlikely. She hurt Mourinho and his followers, and somewhat hurt the club's reputation. But only to some extent, only within the context of Mou making a mockery of the club in the first place. Iker's place in the team and in the club is fine. He mostly won't even be playing for the rest of the season, so it's not as if she could cause Mou to bench him again or anything like that. Surely, there'll be RM supporters who will dislike Iker for being related to the person who blabbed out in the media, but that's only a short-term thing. Once Mou is out and the club is back on its feet, however, Iker and Sara and the rest of that party will be seen as the good guys.

Oh he probably did know. She did not mean to hurt him personally. She hurt the perception of his that he is the captain and he is the one who is supposed to be holding the club together no matter what. Do you think Iker really doesn't give a shit at this point about any match this season and simply waits till Mourinho is out? No. Iker may not care, because that may be how he feels, but letting such comments out just creates more stupid buzz and unsettles his team that is still fighting for trophies, has massive matches to play and have been on a good run recently. It's so bad for his public and behind the scenes image. Almost as bad as Ronaldo's comments early in the season.
