...and a 4 year deal as the rumors say.
It's London and uncertainty of Roman or Manchester and comfort of Txiki and Soriano.

Pep should come back to coach Barca B. :pep:

:tito:

Ideally, yes. Wouldn't have the stress but still close to FCB.

But it would kinda be like s konja na magarca.

I'm just wondering if he will have satisfied his need to "recharge his batteries" after this one-year sabbatical. If so, then I hate to say it, but Barca kinda got screwed. Luckily not in practical terms, as we have Tito who is doing incredibly well. But the idea that a coach leaves a club he loves in order to get some rest, then comes back a year later to coach another club is just not that attractive to me. I'm not saying I know of a better alternative, don't get me wrong. Obviously no one intends to sack Tito just for the sake of getting Pep back to Barca and not another club, and obviously Pep shouldn't just stop his coaching career until a spot at Barca is available again. I'm just saying that the entire situation feels a little bit awkward to me.

Luca Toni, Guardiola's former teammate from Brescia, says Pep has recently been asking him about Bayern.

Where many believe his managerial apprenticeship began with Lillo and the Mexican portion of his professional journey

Sources in Germany but also in Austria say that Guardiola seriously thinks about Bayern now.
Fits with the comment that Stric made a few days ago (Guardiola asking his ex teammate and ex bayern player Luca Toni about the club).

It would be the best option.
Van Gaal set the foundation and made them play attractive football, both Bayern and Germany were close to winning titles in the last years and with Pep I'm sure Bayern will be one of the favourites to win the CL next season.
Austrian sources also claim, that Guardiola thinks about Bayern because of the professional managment. That makes sense too.
Guardiola is a perfectionist. Uli Hoeneß too. Bayern are the only top club without debts.

*attractive football
*deserving an international title because of their performance the last years and likely to get one in the next years
*professionism

Pep + Bayern (since Barca & national teams are not an option) = best option

Why not Arsenal? This Team won't shine anymore under Wenger. Arsenal plays/played the most beautiful football in the BPL and similar to the barca-style. I'd love to see him there but I think it's unlikely :(

I like Wenger. I don't think that Guardiola wants to "take away" his job. Only if he plans to retire/change clubs Pep would do that. He's too classy to pressure Wenger out of his position.

2nd
Bayern have more chances to win the CL/League. Arsenal wasn't even able to win the Milk cup last year.
BEFORE Cesc & Van Persie left.

Just come out and say it; you'd feel betrayed. I know, I would. It already feels awkward having Txiki and Soriano selling and copying Barca secrets in City.
Can't imagine Pep leading them or Chelski against Barca in CL. Or, even worse, kicking us out in one of those potential duels. That would be simply awful.
If it's money, there are options to take Qatar or whoever. If it's a new challenge, why not taking some team that actually is challenging or league that allows him to grow as a manager (Serie A?) as opposed to limitless resources of oil clubs.
Spain could be one of the options too after 2014 if del Bosque finally calls it a day.

You're not even a real journalism
He'd be an absoloute fool to go to Chelsea, nothing is enough for Roman & he will no way give him the time that is needed, Roman spent god only knows how much to get AVB in & sacked him after half a season, people are expecting Pep to come in & work absoloute miracles from day one, all eyes are going to be on him with a huge amount of pressure, it's kinda unfair on him imo.

What's the point of him going to Manchester City? but at least if he does he'll be given time, but it wont prove anything. Arsenal would be pretty neat as Wenger has been clueless for a long time now, can't even sort a defense properly & it seems he doesn't even recognize there is a problem there aswell.

I want him to come to my club :p he'll also be given all the time in the world.

Pep has given everything to the club and he's earned the right to hone his craft elsewhere as a manager....just as he did as a player

And just like he did as a player, he will return to the club in the future

Have some faith, there's no culé like Guardiola

Guardiola should add an extra year to his sabbatical.
Then when Tito's contract expires at the end of the 2013-2014 season Pep comes back to Barça, and renews the dynamic duo tandem between him and Tito in managing the team.

:pep: + :tito1: + FC Barcelona = WINNING :champions:, :laliga:, :copa:, and all the other trophies.
