Pep Guardiola

Wow...from reading the annotations, I'm amazed he is teaching just basic possession tactics about switching attack to the most advantageous side, and protecting the ball backwards when outnumbered/blocked. In some of the games I've watched this season, I have seen Bayern trying to penetrate (move forward in the final third) without good support; kinda surprised to see Pep still trying to ween the players from that to a more cautious approach. Maybe Pep's trying to prepare them for Champion's League opponents where they are more likely to be punished for being too aggressive.

Fake personality. Could explain it in a normal way. Makes wild gestures and runs and screams around to display "passion". Would not take back. :coffee:
