Ever since he signed as Barca manager it was clear he wouldn't be staying for a long time.
He's ambitious guy and always had his mind set to coach outside Barca.

Oh, and btw. : Everything pep says isn't necessarily 100 percent truth. He may be a great coach but let's not pretend he's a saint.

What does a video from last summer prove? That there is issues with the board that he does not like since he left?

That does not show that he left because of them at all.

There have also been words in the media between Pep and Tito does that mean that they never got on?

I was referring to all the shit you gave most of us for talking smack about Rosell saying that we have no basis for our hate for Rosell. Pep shows you how he himself has a really really bad taste in his mouth from this board. Now you understand why we all suspect Abidal, Valdes, Cruyff all have the same. Do we need further proof Mr Judge?
