"This was our best home game so far this season. I am very satisfied. My players put in a great performance and I can only congratulate them. We made a good step forward," Guardiola said at a press conference.

"We were in control the entire game and enjoyed a lot of possession. We succeeded in getting our special attackers in dangerous positions time and time again.

"I am happy for the fans. I often feared that the people inside the stadium would get bored during the first half of the season."

this is the type of coach i want.

I was referring to all the shit you gave most of us for talking smack about Rosell saying that we have no basis for our hate for Rosell. Pep shows you how he himself has a really really bad taste in his mouth from this board. Now you understand why we all suspect Abidal, Valdes, Cruyff all have the same. Do we need further proof Mr Judge?

This is no proof of anything other than the relationship between the board and Pep not being great after he left.

That in no way backs up any other point that has been made.

As I said there were comments between Tito and Pep after he left the club does that mean they never really got on?

If anything in this video Pep makes it clear it was his decision to leave and had done his time at the club.

I just think you don't get it.

You don't get that Rosell is a clown that did more bad than good for the club. That's what you don't get. To piss off someone like Pep who made us the best team in history is a monumental tragedy. Get it?

"Philipp Lahm is perhaps the most intelligent player I have ever trained in my career. He is at another level," Guardiola told reporters.

Easy. Xavi or Busquets are on a different level.

I know Pep talks a lot of false modesty bs, but still... if the quoted part is the whole elaboration as to debunk Pep's statement about Lahm and his apititute towards the game... wow. I think today was another match to make a case for Lahm. Once he was switched back into CM, Bayern's gameplay fluency improved a tenfold. No more problems on the counter anymore and more than 90% possession.

They did play better but the game was completely changed by Arsenal going down to 10 men more so than Lahm.

I wonder if Pep is butthurt about the Barca squad not liking and responding to his 3-4-3 experiment in his last season. I mean he can exaggerate as much as he wants like "Lahm is the best player in the world" if he wants to motivate his players, no problem. But if he says "that I have ever trained" and he has obviously only trained 1 squad before and not a large contingent of different teams, then it's a clear swipe at Barca players.
