I don't think he'll stay at Bayern longer than he did at Barca. If he does, it's a sacrilege.

I would like to believe that he'll return if Laporta wins but I know it won't happen.
He always said he won't be staying for long but the myth about Rosell driving him away remains.

I think United is in his future.

Taken out of context as usual. Pep was talking about the whole Schweinsteiger, Xabi stuff, tactics etc. and said that Alonso is probably the worst in the world when it comes to overlapping.
They bought him because he is awesome with the ball. That is what Alonso needs and that is how Pep tries to do to make him play well. Give Alonso the ball.

Well, he wanted to end the rumours once and for all, I get it...If I was him, I'd definitely never go back to Barca. Something unwanted could've happened and don't everyone want to remember him for the good things? Sort of like Zubi, I mean, I don't think majority of the fans will remember him for being one of the best goal keepers in Barca's history, but for being a total misunderstanding in Barca's board.

I find it hard to like him as Bayern Manager, the whole project is utterly boring. Winning the league is barely an achievement so if he can't do it in Europe then what's the point? He should pack his bags and get to England as soon as possible.

Yeah. It's a possibility but he's a genuinely good manager who is also one of the most innovative of all time. Even if he comes back I don't think he'll fail. Coming back and performing in a different role like Zubi is a different case though. I'd take Pep in a heartbeat really.

He was innovative, but he has yet to prove that he is not "a one trick pony".
He "invented" his version of possession football (Tiki-Taka) and he was a master in it.
But today, times are different and that style isn't that fruitful anymore.

A lot of coaches play more or less the same style during their whole career with minor some adjustments (Mourinho, Van Gaal etc).
It remains to be seen whether Pep will evolve and whether he will invent some new things, or he will chase the shadows in the next 20-30 years, and trying to replicate Barca's winning style (with some minor adjustments).

It seems like Pep can't come up with something different. I really doubt that he will ever be as successful as with Barca. Last year UCL loss wasn't an accident. I wish after City we get Bayern, because I know that we will trash them
