Pep Guardiola

Improvin' Perfection!!
Guardiola reaches another milestone in his managerial career. He surpassed van Gaal's point tally of 240 points won in 133 league matches, in only 96 league matches at an extra ordinary rate of 2.51 points per game(He stands at 241 points in 96 league games currently). Only 3 managers have won more points for Barcelona in the league... Johan Cruyff(456 points), Frank Rjikaard(381 points) & Rinus Michels(262 points). The three Dutch coaches arrived at these figures in 8, 5 & 6 seasons respectively, while it took only two & half seasons for Pep. Needless to mention he boasts the highest average(points per game), although it needs to be mentioned that Michels & Cruyff's times at the helm were when only 2 points were being awarded per game(but the last season of Cruyff, it was 3 per game as is now)

he is avoiding signing a long term contract has he believes each coach goes through a 4 year cycle before, he is impact on the team starts to fade.

so by not signing a long term contract it keeps him on his feet and the players as well, and if he can't happen, he will leave where he will

1) manage abroad for 3-5 seasons
2) manage the spainish national team, winning the WC in the process
3) become the president of barca for 7 years
4) Join the Catalan parliament, then the spanish parliament.
5) goes on to turn Europe into a true union as its president
6) cure Aids and world hunger

Xavi is studying it so intently...Victor looks like he's ready to defend against a potential shot - hands are already getting prepped
