Looks like he's named in a report submitted by the Guardia Civil(Paramilitary police force) in Spanish Supreme Court for supporting those imprisoned in the crime of rebellion.
It's becoming a bit of a joke, and all of this supports the catalan claim that the Spanish government is abusive towards the minorities in Spain, the catalan one being the most prominent and the most active by far. At the end of the day, the man is entitled to his opinion. I'm not sure how he supported those imprisoned. They could clear this by saying flat out what Guardiola did that is interpreted as 'supporting', rather than stating vague claims like 'supported rebellion'.
Back in communist Romania before 1989 a lot of ordinary acts of free speech were interpreted as 'rebellion' by a corrupt government.
