When we signed Chicarito, he played for Chivas in one half and United in other..Shouldn't that breach the regulation that is preventing Turan from playing?

Theoretically, yes. We could have played a friendly with Galata, registered Arda to play for them for a short period (a loan with no transfer sum), then have him play one half for each team, and then have him back after two weeks or so, when the short loan expires. But it is too much trouble for a simple friendly game. He'll have tough games in Barca's trainings anyway.

I don't know, but he was registered with either utd or chivas. Turan and Aleix aren't registered with any team. They're in the limbo until January.

Probably just talk, as it was also talked about him and Aleix playing friendlies. In reality fifa would tell the club it couldn't be done.

We can't register players. So we cannot loan them. A club can only loan the players that are registered. You can be sure fifa wouldn't allow any loan.

Yea but why couldnt Galatasaray register him even if he is a Barca property? Isnt the same way if a Businessman own the rights of a player and he let him play in a team?

From what I understand, he's contracted to Barca, but in order to loan him out, he need to be registered as our player and then registered at Galatasaray on a 6 months loan.

Could have worked if Atletico loaned him out to Galatasaray and then reached an agreement with us to transfer his rights in January.
