Great game from Liverpool. I predicated they would finish 5th but I think they have a real chance for 4th now. They are still a long way off winning a title but CL football will help them to keep their top players, hell they might even hang on to Suarez if they get 4th.

Looks like AVB will have to go another step down. He really messed up ditching Porto for Chelsea so early, he really should have had a year with them in the CL minimum before going anywhere. Failed at Chelsea, failing at Tottenham and it's probably not long before he's given the ass. Poor guy, he really messed up.

Wouldn't surprise me. People keep talking about Chelsea taking the lead if they beat Arsenal next week... Liverpool are likely to be the league leaders by the end of the weekend if Arsenal don't win!

You gotta feel for him but with the squad at his disposal it's just not been good enough. Losing is one thing but losing 3-0 at home to west ham, 5-0 at home to liverpool, 6-0 away to City etc. These are not just defeats but embarrassing results. On top of that they have next to no creativity.

why do you feel sorry for him after all the money that was spent on his team in the summer!
