Fergusons teams dipped every few seasons as well it is impossible to avoid.

Zidane won CLs with Ronaldo who has been by far the best CL player for majority of last few years and in particular the ones they won.

Simeones Atletico dipped too. I think it's normal because the players burn out basically. You need to change certain players every 3-4 years to be competitive. Even Messi had his downer seasons.

The guys you should be changing, Rakitic type of players. Chew them and then spit out. (Sad but probably true). You run their legs in three years and move on.

I believe Atletico is making new start again. They have played great football for a while now. They needed to move some old players and now they are looking better again.

Ferguson
Capello winning titles with 3 different Italian clubs, not only with the richest club of each country
Cruijff
Even Zidane is more impressive results wise, plus he is banging CLs even without Messi.

Pep won CLs with Messi.
And winning league titles with the richest clubs who would dominate either way with or without him.

We'll never see Pep lifting Roma or Tottenham to a league title.
His next job will probably be Juventus, Psg or an Nt job.

You completely missed the point again and changed the narrative. Cruyff for example fell apart after 4 succesful years at Barcelona (just looking at achievements). Same as Pep. Zidane needed time off. Capello moved around a lot and had one longer succesful period at a single club, comparable to Pep, Zidane, Cruyff...

Your initial argument against Pep (3-4 years cycle) - to single him out - is just shit.

Yeah, Enrique's decline started third season, Valverde too. It seems to happens with a lot of coaches.

Ferguson won 8 league titles in 11 years in 90s.

And 13 in 21 years during his most successful spell.

McLovin, Cruijff at least stayed 7 years at Barca and had a longer winning streak than Pep: 4 years.

Capello had 4 league titles with Milan in 5 years.

Not to mention that all: Ferguson, Capello and Cruijff, on top of having longer league streaks also managed to win a CL during their spells.

Well you choose to ignore the 6 years it too Ferguson to win the title and every single time his teams dropped and he had to rebuild a new one.

He won 13 league titles in 26 seasons with Utd.

No different from any other coach in having to rebuild and team dipping.

Pep will win more leagiue titles in a shorter space of time so not quite sure these Ferguson points are meant to make.

Fergsuon won 2 CLs in 26 years as well not amazing for a club the size of Man Utd.

Pep in his second year broke all records of English league which Ferguson was not able establish during 27 year managerial reign in this country.

As I said, 3-4 years cycle. Doesnt matter that he was here for 7 years when only the first 4 have been a success (regarding titles). You try to force some kind of argument against Pep when there is only Ferguson with more longetivity (who other users have said quite a bit about already). Your standards are just ridiculous when talking about Pep, biased as fuck.
