NO team in the world can boast that, not even PSG.

Coutinho, Umtiti and Pjanic would be massive upgrades to this Arsenal team. That is how bad Arsenal currently is.

Coutinho yes, Umtiti and Pjanic are a huge no. They'd get massively outrun in every game. PL is way too dependent on pace for the latter two to be useful.
