They are not THAT bad...
It's the beginning of the season and they still don't have key players, still haven't trained and integrated them.

I see them finishing 6th-8th fighting with Spurs and Leicester for the Europa League spots

They will pick up a few good results to get them in the upper half of the table again, most likely.

They do have enough quality for that, they are just utterly clueless on how to play against better sides, been that way for years.

Once again it may not look like it because they were standing still against City, but 80% of Arsenal's games involve a decent amount of pace and physicality all over the pitch. Pjanic quite simply speaking does not have the attributes to compete in the PL. Even for a relegation fodder side like Norwich.

Sorry, but that's bullshit. There are enough slower midfielders in the league (and successful at it).
