There are alot of clubs out there who recruit well. The problem is with the whole culture. The whole Barca DNA dogma and way of playing limits the kind of players we recruit plus more importantly our scouting sucks ass. Instead of wasting another 30-40 million on the next flop spend 10 million on the best scouts.
