Again...it is not all about money.
Even if Xavi could have spent his a lot better.
Existing players and young players coming through count.
MATS, Aruajo, Christensen, Balde, FDJ, Pedri, Gavi and Dembele all not count as free or already there? Doesnt work like that.
Would take hundreds of millions for United to put together that lot and that is before sign anyone.
Xavi spent 220m and in your opinion has full backs worse than Shaw and Wan Bissaka while he has 120m on wide players he cant get best from.
All excuses for Xavi as usual.

Lol the Xavi vs ETH debate is funny as hell, yes ETH is the better more experience coach, he's been doing at for much longer than Xavi.
But the never Xavi club, does all sort of mental gymnastics to shade Xavi, ignoring that we are top of the league & about to potentially win it for the first time in 3 years.
Ignoring the fact That when Xavi took over if you looked at both teams Man UTD and much better players, we were started freaking B team players as strikers for fuck fakes, but we decent recruiting, (F Torres not with-standing) right now at the very least we have a team as good Man utd or most likely better, while spending half the money.
But instead they try to focus on Xavi dropping out the group stage of the CL, despite their being many clear mitigating circumstances surrounding that and even if their was any.
They try to make out like making it to last 16 of the CL, is a much better Achievement than winning the league.
Xavi needs a lot of working, ETH is a better more experience coach.

Because the team needed many players in many positions, especially central defense. You forgot already that Pique and Garcia, the explosive duo played vs Inter and got us sent home? 200m is not enough. Double that and you can fix all positions. Simples.

Xavi chose not to and you say he has worse full backs than Shaw and Wan Bissaka as a result.

Can maybe get Wan Bissaka on a free or loan though. You can be happy with such quality.
Must take 200m to have players like Wan Bissaka, Shaw at CB, Fred and Martial CF.

At leats you have excuse in early about ETH and this hugely quality squad compared to Barca.
Predicted a while back.
Then again you have Spurs as a 'Tier 1.5' European team and better than Barca so...
