It's good. And performances of the team are that or even better. Management of the team atm is excellent.
Overall the team achieved more than many richer teams, to the high credit of the players, the manager, the SD, the president, the fans, and so on.
You just need to be ealistic and see that, despite the progress made, much more work, more time, and more funds are needed to become an elite team.

This is simply untrue. Elite teams don't use many unproven youngsters in big games. One if at all.

Barca has always done. You accuse others of being plastics yet you have no idea of the culture of the club yourself.
Barca's golden generations were more often than not products of the youth system or younger players.

Barca wont suddelny get better by going out and buying as 25 year old LB worse than Balde.
Top teams would take Balde and play him now. Same with Pedri.

Only 2011 team is an anomally. But that is once in a lifetime team. And even that team had 3-4 elite players in some key positions like Alves, Villa, Abidal, Mascherano.
Most big Barca teams have been, in history, a mix of Barca raised talents and acquired superstars.
In fact, we often pride ourselves with the collection of insane stars and football legends that wore the blaugrana shirt.

Thats what we are doing now... we have a lot of experience in the squad now as well.
Its not all young players and the young players that do play dont play out of necessity they play because they're very good players.
Likes of United or Spurs or Milan who were claimed to have better squads would jump at the chance to start likes of Pedri or Balde.

Your player rating axis is so so weird. You rate absolute shite like Havertz and Antony as top players but hate on much better players when they play for your own club.
Almost all of them. The only top class or elite player in the team is Frenkie De Jong.
Pedri, Araujo, Balde not top players... Havertz and Antony are. Jesus wept.
