There's sadly good chances PSG could lose the title in an unbelievable way.

If RC Lens doesn't find 7M euros by June 30, all games against them will be erased in the league datas.

Meaning Lyon will get +3 points back compared to PSG losing -3 points.

Lyon would then win because they have a better goals difference +30, compared to +24 PSG.

Aulas, Lyon's president, is pushing hard for Lens's downfall even ignoring the fact that Martel, RC Lens' president is (was right now) a friend of him. Using every means to win the title even the ugliest.

Aulas is also trying to file a complaint so that PSG would lose another 3 points in the league. Hired an army of lawyers to make it happens.

That's not really fair, is it? Punishes the teams who won against them rather than punishing RC Lens themselves.

Case or not the the lfp will never go back on its rulings so you're fine there. But the Lens thing is very credible. Remains to see how long it would take to get a verdict on this.

Pogba turned down €15 million a season, and PSG has dropped out of the race for Depay for reasons pertaining to FFP according to L’Equipe(couldn't find this report, rumored by English media), leaving Liverpool clear to sign him. Same deal with Dybala who appears headed to Juventus, and nothing on Felipe Anderson or De Bruyne. Could be a quiet summer for Paris, but so long as they hold onto what they have they should be alright. Would be nice to add some depth but we'll see.

edit: L’Equipe also reports that though Pogba is a priority, PSG is also after a striker, and that Paris has targeted Lacazette and Fekir. No report from L’Equip that Paris has dropped out of the race for Depay, probably fabricated by English media.

Forbes released their annual Football Club Values list and PSG has jumped from 15th to 12th, going from a value of $415 to $634. At this rate they'll break into the top 10 by next year, leaping over AC Milan, Dortmund, and possibly Juventus on the way.

Depay officially signs with United. No Memphis, no Pogba.


With Pogba turning Paris away and Depay officially signing with United, I hope the focus shifts to Felipe Anderson. I'd heard Barca were interested recently, but between their transfer ban and their pursuit of Pogba they may be tied up. From PSG's end I've read nothing new since mid April where they'd sent scouts to a few of Lazio's matches, one report from Italy claimed they'd be willing to spend 30-40m euros, other claimed Lazio wanted to keep him in an effort to compete in the UCL but we'll see.
