For me, it's a win-win situation. If they do take a radical approach, we will improve slowly and it will be a good start.

If they decided against radical changes, we will be in the same trophyless situation next summer. Then this board, Barto/Rosell camp and whoever they endorse will definitely lose the election. It's a win too for the club.
