I like that video that it shows in that article. If Rafa would play like that, he would stay as on of the best CB's of the world because in that video he was playing world class imo.

Well of course that was when he was younger, but when your a good player you don't lose that magic touch for a long time. Now that he has more experience at being a CB for Barca he should be able to play like that, or something close to it or else he will lose his spot on Barca for sure to Chyg or even Milito when he comes back from injury.

He is a defender... who the fuck cares if he has the magic touch or not. All a defender needs to do is anticipate runs, and pass the ball without putting too much pressures on themselves.
You dont need a magic touch... all you need is maintaining concentration for the whole of game.

you guys are fucken nuts... not trusting in someone who costed a fraction of what Chygie did and has proven himself in the past, as opposed to Chygie who has looked nothing short of average in every single game he's played with us so far. A not in form Rafa is miles better than Chygie and right up there with Pique, although Pique has been playing very very well as of late.
