We can't keep them all though. Sergi R. barely gets any minutes as things stand. Imagine if we also had Rafinha in the squad. Even worse situation with the forwards. Messi, Alexis, Neymar, Pedro are all very young. Messi is the oldest with 26. Tello, Cuenca, Dongou, Deulofeu, Adama. We can't keep them all. Expect some more Thiago situations in the near future.

There's loads of competition, a majority of our youngsters are gonna miss out.

Midfield: Rafinha is better than Roberto, but he seems a much more unBarca-esque player imo, also Denis is there and can't be counted out. We also have Samper coming up soon and maybe Kaptoum if he progresses and Tata rates him. Is there anyone else in Juvenil A worth mentioning? I feel like I'm forgetting someone.

Attack: Tello and Cuenca are definitely going to leave. Deulo and Adama to fight it out for RW which will be an extremely close call if both develop well, It's gonna be disappointing knowing one of those two will lose out. Sandro probably edges out Dongou at the CF position (unless Sanabria stays in which case he trumps both).

Defense: The one spot where we won't lose out on much talent. Bagnack is coming through but he hasn't impressed me all that much this season. Tarin and Quintilla look damn impressive every time I see them, but luckily they still are insanely young so they'll come up at the right time to integrate into the first team. We'll see how Grimaldo does after the injury.

Looking to the future, we are not at all scarce in possible first team players but we are gonna lose a lot of them sadly.

Not Juvenil A, but we have Alena and Ayoub in the Juvenil B and/or Cadet A who in my opinion are talented enough for a place in the first team in the future.

About Deulo and Adama, we could keep both if we sell both Pedro and Tello. Though I don't see us keeping both in the team for that long, since one of them will likely never be a starter.

The future is bright although it depends on the management and the board if they are willing to take some big decisions for the sake of our future or just stay shortsighted and live in the past.
