Give him so time.
It seems that people think young talents have to be sure starters at 20 or they are done. Also players who are 30 are old as dirt.
That is not how the sport works. Every player develops differently and you never know when somebody will have their breakthrough.

Rafinha is obviously very talented but seems to be very injury prone too. So wait for him to fully recover and stay fit for some months. Even then it would be too early to judge. In midfield and attack we have legends like Iniesta or Messi and also proven players like Ney, Rakitic or Suarez.
It would be no problem if Rafinha would be a sub for 1 or 2 seasons. In fact that is how the career of a football player usually works if you are not someone like Messi who is wc at 18.
