Evidence? We all have eyes, you have to be blind not to know what was going on there. Pinto got a 2 match ban for whistling, and there there was much less "evidence" for his case then this one.

Honestly, if you took this to court Madrid would be screwed, you don't need any verbal admission, its all there for the world to see, we would all come to the same conclusion.

Whistling is a blatant evidence , can you tell me one word of what they said ?

Dudek could easily be telling Iker to tell the defense to defend deep.. or anything
it's the easiest way out.. managers talk to their assistants all the time and the players.. unless u heard them which no one did there is no evidence but people prediction .

do u lot know what the word evidence mean ?

Yeh but Alonso and Ramos deliberately stepping up to the ball, stopping, stopping, stopping, stopping, was pretty clearly. Idc if you dont implicate Mourinho in it, then the club would just be fined, I'd rather just them both banned for an extra match.

well saying that if they took us to court will be screwed simply by showing a picture of a manager talking to his assistant and a player and player (Captain ) talking to a player is strong evidence  begs to differ
he is indeed Hammy.. well Hammy is smarter actually :D

Yellow cards are the only legal punishment for wasting time.. ban for two yellow is a one match suspension .. all good in the hood
in fact Ramos case (more debatable than Xabi ) is easily defended.. he wasted time cause the team was a man down.. happen all the time

Oh yeh I agree with that, it doesnt need to be taken that far at all, Alonso and Ramos deserve an extra game ban each, and then the whole thing should be done with. Shows Uefa will step up if people try and mess with their system, means nobody else will think they can just get away with it like that, and Alonso and Ramos get the punishment they deserve. And two yellows are a one match suspension, but at least most people try and make it look like an accident. Unlike Scholes.

whistling is an evidence for what? you could say he was just doing that to alert their defenders or something. But nobody is that retard and will believe that cos' it was so bloody obvious. Same in this case, you can put the excuse of iker giving instructions to their defenders or talking about his stomachache, but the whole world knows what happened. Both cases are pretty similar

In my opinion, at least 3 match ban would be right in such occasion. Why do you ask? :D

Obviously they didn't want to play the last match in the qualifying rounds, so 1 for that.
If they got a red in the last qualifying match, they wouldn't play the first knock out round, so 1 for that.
Since they tried manipulating those two rounds, another ban or 2 as the actual punishment.

I would be content with a 3 match ban. Everyone who agrees say "I". lol

Red cards/suspensions are meant to be a punishment. It's not meant to help you. Basically Real Madrid are getting rewarded for killing time in a match. It shouldn't work like that.
