Mate, despite the fact that it's Ducky criticising you, it isn't right to have such formation.

They are two formations that can actually be played if you two have any problem with that. Or maybe because I wrote the formations too compact maybe you found it unusual. Here is the third one that Inter actually plays right now:

--------------------JC-----------------
--Maicon--Lucio--Cordoba--Chivu--
-----------Zanetti--Cambiasso------
-----Pandev---Sneijder---Kaka-----
------------------Eto'o----------------

What about this coaches?!

Even though Kaka could play at the position you're describing, he would be much, much less efficient. He isn't a player to have a fixed range of offensive responsibilities and wouldn't be a good fit for a left winger who in this case would need to supply Eto'o. Kaka needs to have a free role and a partner like CR to feel comfortable with. Sneijder and Kaka are too similar in terms of roaming to play in one team. It's like putting Sneijder next to Van Der Vaart in a dream team and hoping for a good result and co-work.

Kaka and Sneijder have similar playstyle?!!!! Kaka and and Sneijder have totally different playstyle through and through! Kaka get through the defence with his stability on moving the ball forward and he also use his speed and body balance in cutting inside the defence. Sneijder doesn't have such elements. He is more like the director of the attacks. Kaka is all in all more mobile player than Sneijder. VDV and Sneijder are similar players. Kaka is different player to both of 'em. Plus just because he's playing at the left doesn't mean that he has to play as a winger. Kaka is more suited to play in that position than Eto'o.

Van der Vaart and Sneijder are not that similar at all though... their style is different.... Raf is much more a "classic" no 10, more technique, vision and passing than speed. Sneijder is more all-round.

Not playstyle, roaming style. They work in similar areas of the pitch rarely abandoning them, maybe Sneijder works harder when he needs to, but the idea is the same.

Yes, Kaka is a skillful guy looking for opportunity to make some magic himself, but he is ball dominant and his role wouldn't work with Sneijder's likeability of directing the play. In 4-2-3-1 AM is always the brain of the offensive formation and having two brains (Kaka would never give that role up) is never good for chemistry, unless your names are Xavi and Iniesta, but they play further back in midfield and don't roam as much due to team playstyle.

Also, Kaka would never work as a winger, because he isn't the Ronaldo type of player. He is just more goalscoring focused Ozil. And if we're into Eto'o-Kaka comparison then in Inter's case he isn't better suited to the formation, because Eto'o contributes to defence and works hard which is needed and expected in Inter's case where as Kaka is a lazy bastard waiting for the ball to come to him, at least that's what he was under Pellegrini.

I've barely seen Kaka being a lazy player. You've mistaken him with Riquelme perhaps. Plus, I don't think of Kaka as a AM or Winger in Inter's team. Those formations were just the examples that coaches could use with Kaka in the team. For me, I see Kaka as more of an second striker in Inter. Kinda another point of the attack trident besides Sneijder and Eto'o. Kaka use to cut from left deep into the opponent's defence. He uses that trick alot in his playing. And good thing about Kaka in Inter is that he add sharpness, creativity and moblity into Inter's attack. Something that Inter lacks right now upfront. That's why in the first two formations I put 3 physical midfielders behind the attack trident so that Kaka don't be needed to act as a winger and lose too much energy coming back to defend. If my memory serves me correctly Kaka was playing as the SS the year he won CL with Milan and been named the best player in the world. Though he had more freedom than a SS but still he was playing the role of a SS behind the sole striker Inzaghi.

No offence but that is retarded.

Why?

The second formation is what made Kaka famous. Him playing as a second striker behind Sheva or Pippo was Kaka's favorite role as he was able to collect the ball on either the right or the left from Pirlo's and Seedorf's passes while Ambrossini and Gattusso protected the full backs and the deep play makers.

The first formation is essentially the Christmas tree but NimAyra did not post it properly.

Trequartista

The good
it can be a diamond as well with Sniejder in a deeper role,Kaka behind Eto'o and Milito but I still think that Inter need creative players from wide positions not centrally
