In order for him to stay he need to gain the entire fans support which he has good following but not yet .. confidence from our fans comes from trophies not talks or games ,i know Meta has his opinion that he want to replace SAF but i believe if he achieved success he will stay for a while
i was reading his interview in La Gazzetta and he said the current RM team cycle will continue for so long due to the average age (Ricardo the only one over 30 , Iker - Pepe 29,Xabi 27 and the rest are <25 looking back @his signings in previous teams u will see a bit of difference in his approach (game wise and player purchases ) so he might be planning to stay for some time though with Jose it's always unpredictability
With Inter it was different as the average age will not allow him to dominate for some time

I still think it will be Pep Guardiola who will replace SAF not Mourinho but we will see,but yeah Mourinho is going back to EPL oneday,if not Man U then ,him doing back to Chelsea or going to City is not the last thing to expect as well,as for Pep its Manu or Arsenal for him maybe Italy

He would have to change their whole philosophy which the board and the fans would never want to see changed. The board run the place like a business not a club so they would never hire somebody like Mourinho.
Chelsea maybe because him and Roman have kissed and made up apparently. I think Roman prefers to have a Manger/coach like Carlo than a proper manager. He can tell them what to do.
