Guardiola most likely goes to Italia than England.

Well all reports I've seen say differently.

Pep knows that if he came to England he could create and mould his team. If he goes to Italy he'll just be some owners puppet being bossed around.

Why do I suspect all reports you've read come from the English media?

When Pep takes over Stoke City, maybe he can bring Messi with him, so Messi can be closer to his heroes Noel and Liam Gallagher.

Blueduck is weird. I don't understand how he can turn a blind eye to a certain aspect of the English Premier League and then criticize the same thing in another league.

Not all Italian teams have a sporting director that decides what the teams should look like and not all English teams let their manage dictate the entire club. In fact SAF earned his position so did Arsene Wenger, however at Chelsea and Liverpool the upper management plays a big role.

If Guardiola was to ever move to Serie A, abolish all ideas of him not being allowed to form his own team. In Italy, the sporting director only provides names for his coach that are available and that is how it works at Barcelona too. For example, Mourinho did not specifically name Lucio but Branca told him that he was available and through mutual respect they figured he is a sensible choice, all this considered.

If Pep does not succeed anywhere else but Barcelona it is because he is one dimensional and will not be able to emulate his deep engraved theories anywhere else but at home. Capello was successful in designing his own teams without asking for more than 2-3 players that went along with him everywhere he went. So did Mourinho, so did plenty of other coaches who came and left Italy.

It's called being a fanboy, Raed.

This place is infested with La Liga fanboys, I'm just giving some balance.

I doubt Guardiola would ever be invited to take control of a top Italian side, in Serie A the manager is just there to set out a team, and move the pieces as a game progresses, which he has no flair for. He would be Benitez mk2 with setting out a team to play in a certain way every game for all a game, no one would want that.

England is more likely as they are always desperate to attach themselves to anyone elses success.

It's not really about attaching though, Pippo. It's more like stealing.

Take City for example, we are having a state of the art training grounds and youth academy built next door to our stadium and we have sent some experts around the world looking at the best set ups and stealing all their ideas. (Ajax, Barca, Real, Milan etc)

Its not really stealing when you pay excessive amounts for it. Its more like soliciting for a hooker. Though with no quality control, like throwing money at the fat, tranny, hooker with one eye just because she has the biggest rack. A bit abstracted there, but what I mean is Roberto Mancini.

But you do it with the wrong arguments, you just throw around the typical English ones (you know, the ones you read on every forum: TV money, rolling over of small teams, imbalanced league, director of football, ...). La Liga as a league can be attacked on a lot of things, both on and definitely off the pitch, but you don't use the right approach.

You're a PL fanboy yourself and you of course disagree with things being said here. No problem. But what you do isn't bringing balance, you mostly just sound very bitter and cliché on this forum.

Stealing ideas is stealing ideas. Dress it up with your little hooker stories all you want, it is what it is.

Pretty much everything I say on La Liga is valid. It is exactly the same situation as the SPL. Two teams will be dominant until Barca and Real properly share the TV revenue (it is basically a duopoly), which isn't going to happen. It will get even worse with the new Fair Play Rules.
