It's a shame that Falcao's going to end up in either one of the oil PL clubs or Madrid :(

The most tolerable option would be to go to City...I'd feel sick if I ever saw him in a Chelski/RM shirt.

Agreed, I dislike City but they are easily the lesser of evils here.

I know I am thinking into future but, who would really replace Mourinho? seriously there´s noone who could do it except Del Bosque for me.....

He's the only one that I see that has the reputation to deal with the players and set up a good flowing system. Del Bosque could return after winning his second WC. But the thing is I doubt Jose will stay until 2014. This could be his last season, along with Ronaldo.

One of Toril , Blanc & Laudrup

the choice is quite easy , been on the books for a year now

I vote Laudrup :mou: Would be epic winning the league with him

And I'm not sure if Toril is even ready. Managing a team of sub-23 players in Segunda is a whole different world.

Toril is another Del Bosque .. he won the Double with the C team .. took B team (unbeaten if i remember correctly ? ) to Segunda division.. he is a young Del Bosque in the making and a Club man

Is your team white enough for Blanc?

He has more dark skinned players @ Bordeaux than any other team...

Laudrup?...Very unlikely, he's at Swanson if that's any indication of what he looks for in a job...He's a teacher and I doubt very much he would want to contend with the politics & drama that goes along with managing the capital club...Laudrup consistently in interviews conveys a personality that is unwavering in that determination to do it his way...It'd be like Cruyff managing for Rosell, unlikely

Beast, I agree partly. Indeed, against a parked Bus, Madrid has to rely on its key players super performances. Changing the way they play is not that easy within a season. Mourinho is probably one of the "best" when it comes to adapting his teams to certain situations. Again, this fast counter attack they built since he has taken over was not easy to built and won't be easy to replace. Look at Pep, you mentioned him together with Rijkaard etc. Don't forget that Pep actually tried to change the system, as he understood that opponents were parking the bus and finding a way to play against them. Before he brought Cesc, he wanted to change to 3-4-3, as the classic 4-3-3 was probably too predictable. He didn't succeed. Tito didn't change anything in the formation, however if you look how Barca plays, you can see that all players are allowed to do more stuff individually. Pep was a philosopher, wanted everything perfect, almost no shots on goal from outside the penalty area. With Tito's first game you could see that this has changed. Xavi is trying to shoot from outside much more than last season, so do his colleagues.

Let's see if they can change their game.
