not really, gio. you are a football club.. you are supposed to sell your business through football not a ferris wheel. galatico model worked financially because you had the best players in the world playing good football (first years) however do you think a hotdog which real madrid sausage will sell more in China especially if it goes against whatever chinese cuisine is.
secondly, since i lived in asia... i know how them asians work as they go for the most successful team in the world hence currently, barcelona is number 1 in far east asia. if adults are so fickle about their teams then why do you think that kids would insist on buying real madrid gear when they are in love with barcelona, then man utd, then chelsea and then you guys and/or remaining loyal real madrid followers.
you need some kind of attraction to do with football to keep these customers... you need either a successful team on all fronts to get people in this themepark each weekend or you need a world class player to be an attraction. first part is circumstantial and second is just insane.
nothing generates free money out of thin air and you know that as a businessman... this investment as an engineer and hopefully as a potential marketing guy, sounds absolutely absurd... there is no hook to this project... and you are completely discounting the hundreds of other theme parks that are opening or opened in China each with their own little hook.
cause really do you want to step in a Cristiano Ronaldo guido boat or a Mickey Mouse steam boat.... ask your kids right now.
