150 Million Euro is Canales release clause, the guys must really value him highly .
he is on par with Iker !!

I dont think the release clause means that much if 1. the player becomes out of this world amazing and 2. the player is faithful.

Can't tell just yet about Canales but he does have a good heart after trying to get the best for Racing in the deal.

a more telling statistic than would be net yearly profit. considering real madrid spend money like a spoiled brat at a candy store, i'm sure in a list of overall profits they would be languishing pretty low on the table. that would be a more interesting and telling table, as in a list of overall income generated, the same clubs will always be at the top.

Real Madrid generate constantly an average of 80 Million euro net profit (give or take 10 Mil )
the figure is usually announced at the AGM of the club for the socio's to agree on the new budget and finalize last year accounts

I'll stick to the official figures given to those who own the club (the socio's ) and reviewed & approved by audit firms not some Addicks fan website

fair enough, i'm just saying a table comparing the profits that the clubs generate would be a more interesting and revealing table than the income they generate. what's interesting about learning that the biggest clubs make the most money in a given year? it is interesting to see how they are doing financially and net profit tells more about that than net income, but there seems to be no tables made about that so that's why i was commenting.

Well beast is saying that according to official figures real madrid generate roughly 80 million net profit, which is what you're looking for. I'd be interested in seeing the figures myself, but I'm sure what beast is saying is right.

It's really impossible to tell in Spanish football (including Barca's ) , there is lies and their is official lies .

for example just on top of my head.
Barca announced last season a net profit of 6 Million Euro (officially ) , went on and spend close to 120 Million euro on players and Laporta (officially ) said they took no loans .
can you explain this to me ? how is that possible?

I'm not saying Real is any better but i'm simply demonstrating there is so many lies in Spanish football and the official figures you cannot stick out and say this is the actual truth

You won't find any sort of transparency in la liga , the best bet is a change in regime which usually put the dirty laundry of the old regime .
so watch out if Rosell won

I think it's around here in this thread or in the old place
