Gnegneri

immaculately conceived
It's really impossible to tell in Spanish football (including Barca's ) , there is lies and their is official lies .

for example just on top of my head.
Barca announced last season a net profit of 6 Million Euro (officially ) , went on and spend close to 120 Million euro on players and Laporta (officially ) said they took no loans .
can you explain this to me ? how is that possible?

I'm not saying Real is any better but i'm simply demonstrating there is so many lies in Spanish football and the official figures you cannot stick out and say this is the actual truth

You won't find any sort of transparency in la liga , the best bet is a change in regime which usually put the dirty laundry of the old regime .
so watch out if Rosell won
But they give out a brochure about their budget etc etc. So probably only the "we didn't have to loan anything" was a bit falsified. :D

Playing with words is very common in Spanish football

"we didn't take any new loans "

(what they don't say to complete the sentence ) "we just extended the old loans payment to another year " or "We just took an advance payment from the TV deal which will affect our future income " or any sort of gimmicks

so la liga

Higgie stalling on a new contract and is being courted by Man City. Probably rubbish but with all this fuss about Canales, Benzema being brought in and his problems with CRGay, there might just be some truth in it.

Well profit/loss includes player sales and we spent quite a bit the summer before when we didn't generate nearly as much revenue. I think there's some smoke and mirrors going on regarding Laporta and our finances, we may well not have taken any loans out but the overdraft may well have been extended. The fact is that we generate consistently massive revenues and they're increasing all the time, whilst we will never embark on madrid-sized spending sprees we are capable of the odd summer splurge.

Funny how last year Madrid had to take out a 60mil loan just to cover day to day expenses and it never get's mentioned in their 'financial reports'.

I suppose they'll just get another 'loan' from the council...

Wishful thinking again my friend..

lets City come knocking .. he has a 150 Million euro clause and his contract ends in June 2013 ..

And Higuain has no problems with Cristiano

He does have a problem with CRGay, or perhaps it would be more correct to sasy that CRGay has a problem with him. It is all ablut the Pichichi and if you look at the last couple of games CRGay is deliberately favouring a pass to his bum chum Kaka than to Higgie, even if he is in a better position.

We don't need to , we have big assets with the new training ground facility near by land ;)

Not really the season before it you paid Seville 36 Mil for Alves , and before that Henry ..etc
Although you also need to consider that Real the summer before the last one just bought VDV for Peanuts and Sold Robinho for 42 Million Euro , given we bought Lass & Huntelaar in the winter but it still even out without coming near the transfer kit of Summer 08
so it's not like last summer lavish spending was a continuing pattern needless to say we did sold Javi Garcia,Saviola, Robben,Sneijder,Huntelaar,Negredo so our spending is more in the region of 150 Mil

Why are you waving at me? You are very hard to miss Gio.

saying hello Alexis ..

but nice wishful analysis .. so should Kaka not come near the area when he is a part of a 3 man attack
that's the same rubbish of Messi deliberately not passing to Ibra

I can't take the credit for it. Balague did a analysis of it on Revista this Tuesday.

P.S. Sorry about all the crap coming from my hotmail account. I can't seem to stop it. I think it has something to do with my Blackberry.

No problem Alex (about the hotmail )

Balague need to sell himself , now that most of his rumors are crap (Silva,Villa to Pool , Cesc to Barca ) and Liverpool (his allies ) are down he need to generate anything to keep getting paid by Sky .
i see Higuain-CR-Kaka are awesome together and have a great link , each game all 3 of them score which is enough for me and any fan

Graham Hunter agreed with him though and he does know his onions. We'll find out though soon enough if he signs the new contract.
