I would die inside a bit if Cesc moved to Madrid.

Media has no control on the situation when it's a popular player like Higuain.. after 2 weeks of trying to load off Higuain with a strong witch hunt they decided it's a losing battle and had a big expose last night about how Higuain is World class historical player and how he scored more goals than Villa,Rooney & CR when they were his age ..

and no not the die hard fans know Higuain value .. practically everyone including every single ticket holder..if the fans had an ill feeling towards Higuain he would at least be boo'ed but that never happened and won't happen they love him & adore him ..
if Marca is the mouth piece (they used to be 5 years ago in Perez first stint ) Valdano wouldn't come out and slam them strongly for their anti-Higuain witch hunt ..

As soon as any player in the world is off form he will be sold UNLESS he is club icon .. u didn't keep Deco,Dinho or others when they lost form , did you ? neither would any club in the world unless the player is a club icon

When i meant die hard fans, i was talking about everyone who watches Madrid. There are some Madrid supporters who dont watch Madrid play..

Marca can say what they want. To people outside of Spain, Marca is the only way they can get into the inside of Madrid. When marca say something stupid, it looks bad on Madrid.

What does Perez actually do then? Valdano seems to be doing everything.

Players like Abidal and Valdes were off form in the early part of their Barca careers. They weren't sold. Teams can be loyal to players when they show a slight blip in form. They dont just offload straight away (even if they are not club icons), otherwise players would be moveing every season.

I he said many times he have no issues playing for Real , for me it depend on De La Red he will always be my first choice but if it's down to "would Cesc join Real Madrid if the offer comes and Arsenal accepted ? " my answer is 100 % yes , Cesc would do what's best for him regardless of the club he will join

same here...hopefully all works out well for de la red and in the end, he'll be able to play again - for real madrid.

what he does and knows best: managing the financial issues.

EDIT:

as for the current team situation. guti is injured again - his 9th injury this season if i remember right. so is lass, officially at least. moreover, pellegrini told that he hopes to have kaká & benzema back next week => both are out of the coming 2 madrid derbies.

The entire Middle East has coverage of La Liga, not a single channel in all of Europe can dream of or can actually manage. In Africa, they have direct access to french and english channels. Europe have their independent reliable sources, so really Marca can talk a lot of shit if they want, people love football and 99.99999% of the world aren't bothered with forums like we are.

No Marca isn't the only source , in fact most of the RM followers can't read Spanish
there is AS which has (according to the latest survey ) grown in popularity and report more Agenda free news of the team .

and as i said Marca now has taken a completed U Turn and praising Higuain .

Perez manage what he does best , keep RM financially healthy .. what most people here (cule's especially ) neglected last summer when we were discussing Perez is that the guy isn't stupid , he is one of the top businessmen in the world.

Perez knew his mistakes quite well and was keen that this time the mistakes won't be repeated .
so as per their agreement Valdano is the club GM he is in charge of everything football related , Perez use his connections with other club presidents and financial muscles to provide the targets deemed required for the club to make money and win trophies.

have you heard of Perez this year in the media ? has he influenced the team selections ? sacked managers ? protected Galacticos ? the answer to all the above is no .

as for Valdes .. you were that close of buying a keeper to shake VV position when he wasn't performing .. and if Abidal didn't play well towards the end of last season u would have sold him .. it's life and like the Deco,Eddie,Dinho,Van Bronchorst,Belletti,Sylvinho ,Eto'o ,Cocu,Ronaldo,Romario,Laudrup,Pep,Zambrotta,Thuram..etc there will be a lot more to follow that's every day business there is nothing called extended loyalty
there is form and hungry club fans , when Eto'o was missing chances last season he was boo'ed .. and by you lot exactly like the fans in the Stadium.. there was nothing preventing it.
not his great scoring record, that you won the league , the CL before ..etc nothing .. u'r examples are funny considering the 90 % of the other cases left

Lol EMD caught us with our pants down and revealed our best known secret

they caught Kaka doing an AD yesterday and running like a horse which means he is not injured (as we said officially ) but rather punished ( as we all know unofficially and as we did with Gago,Guti , Benzema and the rest ) :D

Well at least Manu tough approach with superstars will not be a myth and another proof that Perez is not running the club

In Lucho we trust!
Cesc would never ever go to Madrid, he just can't say that in intervies because it would cause a stir. Gio doesn't believe that he would join them anyway, he is just putting the cat amongst the pigeons.

I think punishing Kaka was a bit over the top. I think the guy is trying to fit in and it's only form related.

He acted angry upon his substitution in Lyon game Bojan and his media advisor called Pellegerini a "Coward who hide his incompetence by blaming others " on his twitter account even his wife commented on the twitter .

for me that's gross misconduct and he deserved punishment

he should focus more on his game he is really off form this season

Kaká is turning into Ronaldo? I bet Kaká's mom will show up in Madrid anytime now to say Ronaldo is a bad friend with bad influence.

the big poll of MARCA among the socios continues...and the tendency to support pellegrini as well!!!

82,2% would vote pérez again and pellegrini is the desired coach for 33,2% of the voters. mourinho comes in second - 14,9% - and michel third - 14,7%.

-----------------------------

very good decision to put faith into pellegrini...bad judgment (IMO) however on michel coming as third favorite. did they forget michel coached castilla down into 3rd division with one of the most talented squad in recent years???!!!
