In Lucho we trust!
No he started only 5 out of 8 in La Liga.

Thank you, it is a club not a charity but the way you put it some times you would have thought it was the other way round. Madrid have been looking after their own interests, naturally, but to try and stich him up with the disability benefit was pretty poor even by their standards, especially as there was no final diagnosis.

He played more and starting 5 out of 8 means he is a starter and i didn't mention la liga i said games not a single competition .

All the diagnosis red flagged any physical activity (playing sports ) which is enough to call for his retirement , the gov. medical committee will just say if it's perm.disability or not.. as footballer i believe it will be hard currently he is attached to a devise that monitor his heart 24/7 for the next 2 month ... the club is paying for everything including all those trips to Germany,France,Netherlands and Dallas for genetic tests .. if he was no one for us we wouldn't bother

there is a very nice interview with de la red on AS btw.

he sounds convinced about joining the team at valdebebas soon, starting with training in the gym and move on from there. he also said that the club is working on a plan for him.

If you count all the games then his starting stats are even worse.

Starting isn't equal playing.. playing is what matters ;)

He started the Majority of games and played more

ruben apperently did that interview together with his wife...she stated, that at that time their son oliver was only few months old and that ruben had little to no options to recover. the night he traveled to irun, he barely slept. in her opinion all those circumstances influenced what happened to ruben that night.

very possible and would explain why no doctor found anything or why none of them gave ruben a final diagnosis, instead talking about possibilities. i have a very strong deja vu.

Benzema is still out for a mysterious injury (or so he claims ) in his groin

29 days out and the club is concerned he is a case of mentally weak than an actual injury , he has struggled to adapt and learn the language and the output of Benzema is not satisfactory for the club .
AS have it on their front page and i believe Karim could be sold in the summer with a similar Anelka case " failure to adapt "

beast, i suspect you have some inside knowledge :p...just 1 day after you stopped the gago bashing - without a similar case like that of guti or benzema as far as i know - and threw in positiv comments about his ability to improve till the end of the season, both MARCA & AS write about a rift between lass & pellegrini. lass has been "injured" for the last 2 days. he alledgedly is furious about his substitution against sporting and about pellegrinis decision to start gago ahead of him against getafe.

that is way too much of a coincidence to believe in!!! you got to know something extra...if so, can you share??? :D

Anyhow did u read the Marca survey among Socio's ?

based on the survey the members want

1- David Silva 63.8 %
2- Cesc 55.4 %
3- David Villa 46.8
4- Navas 44.7 %
5- Ribery 40.2 %
6- Wayne Rooney 37.5
7- Messi 26.8
8- Aguero 24.6
9- Andy Cole *wtf* 24.3 %
10- Pato 13.7

House of Flies

all your bases belong to us
why dont these numbers never add up to 100%?

unless they are given these 10 choices and they pick if they want them all... but that would be a stupid survey

i did...and i suppose you're not surprised when i tell you, that i really love the direction this is going: the first 4 players are all spanish, suggesting that the socios have a strong interest in continuing the "espanolizacion", thus giving back the club its spanish identity more and more.

needless to say that the first 3 players - hypothetically, cause i don't as a reality - what result in a massiv starting XI and navas would be a very usefull option...depending on cristiano being a mid or striker. looks very tasty and tempting

-----------fábregas-----xabi alonso------------

cristiano-----------kaká-------------david silva

-----------------david villa--------------------

I don't think the fans feel they need any addition in the striker department , David Villa getting that low rating says it all .

why would we need him if Higuain is already ahead of him in the charts ?

the weak point is the midfield and getting a LM and a CM beside Xabi could work brilliantly
