not quite...this is under the context of being prosecuted/investigated against, since sex with a minor is a crime in france, with up to 3 years jail plus some 45.000 € fine. therefore the police is investigating - among other things - wether or not ribéry knew about the girls age, which is the crucial factor in all this. he denied knowing her age and she confirmed having kept her age a secret. which means, it's unlikely ribéry will be charged once the investigations come to an end.

as for benzema, he's apperently had sex with a minor other than the one ribéry had sex with. within some days benzema should be called as "witness" of that sort too.

it seems like a safe bet...the timing definitly speaks for all this being a punishment. however, with only little left to play, kaká would have to put in some miracle performances in order to silence critics. i'm thinking about him being fit again to train, but not being fit enough to play.

the mourinho deal also goes along very smooth with todays rumor about valencia being interested in pellegrini.
