Bloody hell Beast. Have some belief in the guy. He has shown that his crosses and through balls can be magnificent. I hope that under Mourinho he develops on the mental side and perhaps his abilities into a higher level. He has potential and will, but needs someone to help him step it up in big games.
Also, he didn't do that crap in last El Clasico. For the type of coach that Pellegrini is I didn't expect him to do much better than under Schuster and Ramos.

When was the last time Gago played a big game and did well ? ClassicoS ? Vs Liverpool ?

this is not his level , he would be very good with the likes of Valladolid , his shooting is crap, he can't cross (are you talking about the same Gago ? )
he has some good through balls every now & then , too slow , hard tackler , very slow reactions
that moment when we were playing liverpool and he had the ball and moving slowly towards the half way line only for Torres to come from behind take the ball with the easiest of moves and start an attack on Iker that was the end of Gago for me
he is rubbish and should go to a much much slower league or head back to Boca where he can be a big fish in a small pond

I think he is staying because Valdano wants him to stay (don't ask me why). Normally he should get the Sneidjer/Roben's treatment or worse.

What is the point of buying yet another winger (if he won't go on loan or be sold with buy back) ? If he stays, that to me means the selling of VdV/Granero.

one point is, that neither VDV nore granero are true wingers. they were used there in order to put them on the field somehow and because the only winger was cristiano. another point is, that the current wingers, being cristiano & di maría, are more "wing-attackers" than "classic wingers". pedro león (as well as the rumed jesús navas) is your classic winger...the perfect addition to the 2 attacking wingers, since he adds more tactical options. typical for a coach like mourinho.

talking about getafe...the canterano mosquera is joining getafe.

the latest rumor has it, that jose has dropped interest in maicon for being too expensive (35m €). he now is said to leave sergio ramos as RB and go for a CB instead. bruno alves & david luiz are high on the wish list.

as for the other topic...gago should definitly leave!!! as should some others who IMO are, as well as gago, not real madrid quality.
