433 doesn't have wingers.
451 has wingers. 4231 has wingers.
433 has wing-forwards/wide-forwards/inside-forwards.
josé doesn't play 433, he plays 451 which can change into a 433 when attacking (with the wingers coming infield). primarily his chelsea team lined up 451. inter started off 4312 but on the big occasions he returned to his 451. you could argue it was 4231 given the attacking license given to sneijder, but it was never 433 apart from the first half at stamford bridge.
kaka fits into any formation which gives him the ball around 30/40 yards from goal with about 10 yards of space in-front of him (or plays on the counter, passing to him as he runs into space behind a defence).

4-3-3 with Robben-Duff neither are wing forwards just wingers and not wide forwards or inside forwards and that first half is half of his time in Chelsea till he sold Duff (more or less )

and F.Y.I 4-3-3 wasn't invented by Barca , the original standard 4-3-3 based on two wingers and one striker , just because you "Barca" use inside forward doesn't make it the "Standard 4-3-3 " in the world of football , it's the exception to the formation but not the formation

chelsea played 451 which shifted to 433 in attack.
without the ball they were a 451 (or a 4141 if you wanna be technical) with duff and robben/cole playing as proper wide-midfield wingers. with the ball they came forward into a 433 (or a 4231), but they always lined up 451 without the ball. that was their primary formation. united play a similar style now with valencia and nani wide and rooney as the lone striker.
I'm well aware we didn't invent 433.
but for me the difference between 433 and 451 is that in a 433 the wide-forwards don't track back that far. they are forwards and they stay closer to the final third of the pitch. not only does this put them closer to goal but it keeps the opponent's fullbacks pinned back in their half. this is what inter did to chelsea at the bridge. unlike later games where eto'o and pandev played as wingers in a 451/4231, at the bridge, for the first half, they played as forwards. they attacked, they didn't track back that often and stayed up there, pinning cashley and ivanovic back and robbing chelsea of their width.

yeah, no team plays 4-3-3 as in a player moves exactly as it says in paper.
for example people say we play a 4-3-3, but i'd say that it's sometimes a 4-1-2-1-2(busi defensive duties, messi drives into the middle) and sometimes a 3-5-2(dani pushes forward like never b4) etc etc..
