glasgow is horrible.
reial's defensive injury crisis... very odd.
la liga is no more uncompetitive than the PL, which is only superficially competitive. someone will hang around until february/march but when the going gets tough they'll fall away and it'll be united vs. chelsea again. and really I think atleti could make a good fist of things this season. they've made some very shrewd moves over the summer to strengthen their defence. godin and dominguez could be a very good partnership in the heart of the defence, and with godin arriving ujfalusi can play his natural position of RB again. and then there's filipe luis in LB... that could be a great signing.

La Liga is not yet competitive as before tbh , Atletico could be on the right track if they keep QF..
Seville is down , Villarreal is down .. Valencia is the smartest in the market this summer.. great signings and some much needed cash , they could do something next season when all the new players settle in .
there is a still a gap between R & B and the rest is big though .
Malaga is sold but looks like for more show off reasons than to turn them to a competitive team.. Mallorca new management is stabilizing the club but not in a way to transform them .. it will take some years before Mallorca kick in as they can't afford buying big names.
The EPL is more competitive or to say it correctly the big 4 is weaker which allowed it to be competitive
anyhow Jose want another striker and the club don't want to spend another amount.. we play Hercules tomorrow and Jose gave an extended rest to Iker,Xabi,Ramos,CR .. they had Higuain on the list but he called him to the game as Benz condition is not yet known
anyhow those 5 are the guaranteed starters

Seville has more or less the same core but a lot older and a crap manager ..
not just in terms of game play but also results , the current Seville is so easily to defeat they don't have either the intensity or the legs to play with the same intensity
I'll be more than happy to discuss this by the end of the season , however we won't wait for long to watch Villarreal they are selling anything that brings money to pay their debts , i know Villarreal B was great last season in Segunda but not enough to make Villarreal a top 4 team at all .
