This one won't last too long but players like Garay and Albiol are the future. In order to see them come through, experience on the training ground is required. Carvalho will make mistakes this season, no doubt. People will be quick to come out and point the finger saying, I told you so, I told you so. I told you Carvalho is old and will get sent off and what not. That is okay. On the training ground, Albiol will learn how to turn, how to tackle, Garay will learn how to better position himself better to make up for his lack of pace. Carvalho will be able to make it easier on Mourinho to explain the details, as he will put Mourinho's words into action. Pique became who he is off the pitch, not on it. At Manchester United he trained with the best for 4 years. Defenders are like that, its drills, and more drills, its hard wired into your brain. You do not naturally learn to be goal-side-ball-side, you do not naturally learn to mark your zone, you do not naturally learn to keep an eye on your man, you do not naturally learn to communicate with your team mates and the goal keeper.
