Lenglet in when you need a goal.. good thing he bought him on with not much time left as Lenglet usually CONCEDES atleast 1 goal

Not good enough, and certainly not the guy to whom you wanna hand a huge project like the rebuild of a new Barca team.

I can easily sympathise with the claim that it's not fair to judge him on one of the shittiest squads in 15+ years, and that understandably he should have more time. However, alongside baffling line ups (5 attackers lol) Koeman seems to have one of the worst in-game management I've seen amongst top clubs. That to me is the strongest evidence that he is simply not adept to coach a club of Barcelona's stature.

You guys wanted change. It comes with a price and isnt done over night. Again needs time.

He will get a year. After that, if the team is as chaotic as now, absolutely sack him. Top managers need time to build a new team and implement their vision on that team. Average to decent managers won't turn into Klopp even if you give them a decade.

His biggest issue and downfall is his stubbornness. We are seeing it with Puig and with his 4231 system. Play with the cards you have, slow build up 433 with our old Messi

Koeman is his own worst enemy at times. When plan A works he’s perfectly capable but his substitutions and game management has been very poor.

It’s a bit of a repeat of Everton, purely because our squads were quite parallel in terms of the player profiles, several 10s no real number 9. Some players already out of favour etc. I sympathise with the situation he has arrived at but if he wasn’t a Barcelona legend then no way does he get the keys to a rebuild if you’re basing it on his managerial career.
